We have a presence in 30 states with a total of
100 Associates to date.
There are three levels to the Associate Opportunity:
Associate, Lead Associate, and Director.
In the descriptions that follow, "All Associates"
refers to all three Associate levels. All Associates
are independent business owners who use HomeWare
Creations as their earning vehicle.
Income Sources:
Associate - earns income from
personal sales and sales bonuses
Lead Associate - maintains a group
of two to nine recruits; earns income from personal
sales and from the personal sales of their recruits,
and from personal and team sales bonuses
Director - maintains a group of
ten or more recruits; earns income from personal
sales and from the personal sales of their recruits,
and from personal and team sales bonuses
Our Associate Commission
Plan: Your 20% commission is based
on the total party (including shipping & tax!)
and is paid to you immediately (the day of the
party!). You can make this commission by taking
orders at home parties, fairs/shows, catalog parties,
and from your website (our Ohio Director offers
websites to our Associates for a minimal fee).
Other ways of earning include offering our fundraiser
program to local organizations, recruiting other
Associates, and serving as the Director of your
state.
Our Fundraiser Specialist
Commission Plan: Your 15% commission
is based on the total fundraiser. Because this

Additional Commission:
We offer an opportunity for Associates to purchase
our products at 50% off – to use or sell
at full retail for a 50% profit!! This is a great
way to build inventory (if you choose) to sell
at fairs and shows!
Getting Started:
We provide the opportunity to start a business
with no start up costs! We do require a 4-party
commitment and request that from your third and
fourth party commissions you repay only $125 to
offset the cost of your start up kit. You have
no out-of-pocket expenses to get started!! After
you have met the $125 repayment out of your commissions
(we forgive the rest of your $300 kit), all commissions
are yours to keep. We strongly encourage you to
take your full commission on your first two parties
so you can see what the earning potential is for
this business!
New recruits shall print and sign the Associate
Contract. The completed document may
be scanned and emailed or faxed to me to expedite
the start up kit, however the original is required
by the company.
